UST Removal Hingham Shipyard, Hingham, MA
During site development activities at the Hingham Shipyard mixed-use development, a previously unidentified steel Underground Storage Tank (UST) was discovered onsite. Boston Environmental mobilized immediately to assess and remove the tank. Permits were obtained the day the tank was discovered, and the tank was removed the next day. Boston Environmental’s immediate response allowed the site construction activities to continue virtually uninterrupted, saving both time and money for the developers.
